Courses & exams
- Course and exam bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
- Payment must be received sooner than 21 days prior to course start date, unless otherwise approved by Kuzer Technical.
Invoices
- All invoices issued by Kuzer Technical are due within 14 calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to service delivery.
- Our terms apply regardless of any client based internal payment policies or extended payment cycles held by the client.
- A confirmed booking or purchase order indicates acceptance of these terms.
- Late payments may result in delays to course results, certificates, or access to future services.
Quotes
- All quotes issued by Kuzer Technical are valid for 90 calendar days from the issue date, unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing, availability, and terms may be reviewed after this period.
- Acceptance of a quote indicates agreement to our standard terms and conditions.
Early Bird Pricing
Early bird prices require payment, in full, at least 6 weeks prior to course commencement. If payment is not received by this deadline, standard course pricing will apply automatically without notice.
No-shows
Failure to attend at the prescribed time results in forfeiture of the booking & fees paid.
Damages
The customer shall be responsible for the cost of any repairs to, or replacement of any part of the facility, fixtures and equipment that sustains damage caused or contributed to by the student.
Refund policy
- When a cancellation request is made (in writing) between 21 and 45 days prior to course start date, a credit will be issued.
- A refund will be issued when requested (in writing) more than 45 days prior to course start date.
Specimen hire & external competency assessments
- Specimen, raw data and final reports to be returned within 7 days. Hire charge of AUD $200 / wk applies after this time.
- A restoration fee of AUD $200 per specimen applies when a specimen requires rework to remove soils or corrosion.
